I lead many executive trainings and global strategic projects. But I am NOT a typical soft-skills trainer, NOR a typical strategy consultant. It is NOT my objective to sell you a specific methodology. I rather see myself as a business-sparring-partner who can drill from 17 years of international executive experience as a CEO, with a particular passion for the premium & luxury-lifestyle segment.

Whether fighting for new strategies and financing in board-room situations, negotiating massive restructurings with union representatives, supporting the acquisition of strategic franchise partners in China, leading tough negociations in Saudi Arabia, searching for and winning supply-chain partners for strategic brand extensions, driving fast-paced turnaround implementation or selling the news to excite press and media - I have been there. In charge, with executive responsibility for direction, execution and results.
